​Treatment approaches are individualized based on your needs and may include orthopedic physical therapy approaches including hands on manual therapy, soft tissue massage, internal pelvic floor muscle treatment, biofeedback, pelvic floor muscle training "kegels", generalized strengthening, postural correction and education. You will receive a home exercise program that will be updated each session as you are able to progress. Individuals who are consistent with their home program see results sooner.
