BIOFEEDBACK

TRAINING

Picture
Picture
How do we ensure you are activating your pelvic floor? Answer: Biofeedback also known as surfaceEMG, this tool uses sensors to pick up muscle activation which provides information about the muscles during work.

Biofeedback helps individuals "visualize" muscle activity to better understand how to train the muscles. Biofeedback is one small portion of the evaluation assessment, and is a very helpful tool for follow up sessions to progress muscle training as well as functional use of muscles.
